Key responsibilities
n
n
Manage project budgets, cost planning, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
n
Identify, assess and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities to optimise project outcomes.
n




Oversee change management, claims, extensions of time and commercial entitlements.
n
Build and maintain strong client, stakeholder and supply chain relationships while influencing successful project delivery.
n
n
About you
n
n
Attained or working towards obtaining MRICS.
n
Minimum 7years' post graduate experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
n
Construction Management, Building, Engineering degree or equivalent.
n
Microsoft software especially Excel.
n
Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
