Job Description
Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) invites a Midwifery Unit Manager Level 3 to lead maternity services with strategic and operational oversight. You will guide a skilled midwifery workforce, champion excellence, and shape contemporary models of care to benefit women, babies and families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary leadership team to advance clinical quality, governance, and patient-centred outcomes, ensuring a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
