Job Description
Civica is seeking a proactive Engagement Consultant to join our Global Customer Success team. You will act as the voice of the customer, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality responses across finance, services, product, engineering, and delivery.

In this role you will partner with APAC teams to shape engagement approaches, track CSAT and service quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experiences.
