RGIT Australia is seeking a Team Leader – Residential to lead Direct Support Professionals delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) support in a shared home, helping clients live as independently as possible.

The role focuses on human rights, person-centred active support, practice leadership, safeguarding, and includes both office-based and active field work, including personal care, medication assistance, community access, and household tasks.
