Job Description
NRMA Insurance, part of IAG, seeks Sales and Service Consultants to deliver high-quality customer experiences in an inbound contact centre. You'll complete a 12-week full-time, in‐office training before transitioning to hybrid working in Boorloo (Perth).

Ideal candidates have prior customer-facing experience, solid empathy, IT literacy, and the ability to meet KPIs while delivering quality outcomes.
