As a Brand Manager on our dynamic, fast‐paced Home Care (Cleaners) Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands. In this role, you don't just execute plans; you define the vision.
By owning the financial outcomes and the long‐term health of the brand, your leadership will drive measurable business results through innovative strategies, market‐defining campaigns, and robust cross‐functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision:
Define the 3‐5 year brand roadmap and category growth strategy.
Financials:
Full accountability for the brand's P&L;, including pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and ROI on marketing spend.
Stakeholder Influence:
Lead high‐level negotiations and presentations to Senior Leadership and Global Business Units.
Innovation Pipeline:
Lead the "Front-End" of innovation‐deciding which products should exist based on white-space analysis.
Mentorship:
Directly manage and develop Assistant Brand Managers, fostering a high‐performance culture.
Who You Are:
The Decision Maker:
Comfortable making high‐stakes calls with incomplete data.
The Architect:
You build frameworks and systems that others follow.
The Influencer:
You can sway cross‐functional directors (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to align with your brand vision.

About the role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide person‐centred, secure,



and effective support tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences. Your primary focus will be empowering clients to maintain their independence and self‐determination, enabling them to thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
A motor vehicle allowance and travel time is payable for travel between clients as well as a full working tool kit, including a mobile phone.

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualifications:
Certificate III in a relevant field (Individual Support - Ageing, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 months of demonstrated experience in a personal care role, with the confidence to work independently without direct supervision.
Certifications:
Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates.
Transport:
A current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence (C class) and your own registered, fully insured vehicle (essential).
Clinical Skills:
Sound, best‐practice personal care skills.
Specialist Knowledge:
A strong understanding of supporting clients living with dementia, including managing challenging behaviours.
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and the natural ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Practical Skills:
Basic cooking abilities.
A basic understanding of Home Care Packages (Highly Regarded).
