Excellent Prospect for an Established SMP Superintendent with Major Project Experience to join a Long-Term Desalination Plant Project. Working closely with the Site Management Team, you will be directly responsible for managing multiple Supervisors and
Structureal/Mechanical/Piping
scopes. This role is on a FIFO 2:1 Roster with both Dayshift and Nightshift Opportunties available.

Your Key Responsibilities
n
n




Proactively plan the works assigned to you on the project to ensure that the resources required to meet your primary purpose are adequate and fit for purpose.
n
Ensure that all data requirements for robust projects and financial control are met consistently, completely and on a timely basis as directed by the site manager / project manager.
n
Directly accountable for setting up the Supervision Team to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe manner for persons working on the site including sub-contractor's workforce and visitors
n
In all dealings with Primero's clients or prospective clients, develop relationships which maximise the likelihood of repeat or initial business opportunities.
n
Liaise with client representatives or sub-contractors on technical and minor contractual issues.

What You 'Can Do'
n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Strong planning of both Manning and Plant and Equipment.
n
Strong ability to create and review SMP construction methodologies.
n
Ability to work effectively and lead by example the firm's personnel and their sub-contractors.
n
Strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.
n
Possess significant experience within Major Concrete Packages
n
