Job Description
Bar Lourinhã in Melbourne seeks an experienced Assistant Manager (2IC) to lead daily restaurant operations and inspire the front-of-house team. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, coordinate service, and support the Restaurant Manager with staff development and wine/beverage service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in senior FOH roles, robust leadership, and solid knowledge of stock control, POS systems and event coordination.
