What You'll Be Doing
n
Atturra is looking for skilled Tester Lead to join our rapidly growing Scholarion team for permanent opportunity, commencing ASAP.
n
This opportunity is open to candidates across Australia, including those who hold Australian Permanent Residency.
n
Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is key for this role.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead the testing of allocated dynamics CRM projects
n
Author test cases and provide input to test strategy and test plans
n
Design, create and execute test cases in DevOps
n
Write clear, reproducible bug reports and collaborate with developers to get them fixed
n
Mentor a team of testers and drive them to follow best testing practices
n
Perform timeboxed regression testing in pre-prod environments
n
Work collaboratively with development teams to build a solid understanding of testing objectives and requirements
n
Liaise with key stakeholders including development team coordinators, product managers and business analysts.
n

What will make you successful in this role?
n
Key Capabilities:
n
n
5-7 years' experience in Test Lead / Senior Tester role
n
Demonstrate strong experience in completing the whole testing life cycle activities - including unit, integration, regression and acceptance testing
n
Experience with testing Microsoft Dynamics projects
n
Experience with DevOps
n
Experience and knowledge of PowerApps.
n
Agile project delivery experience
n




Strong written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
n
Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
n
High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated,
n
Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
