The Position
Basic food preparation.
Working a mix of shifts across cafe and functions.
Basic operations of dishwashing
Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests' safety
Be a 'safety first' advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!
The Person:
Experience in bulk cooking,



whether in a hotel or café setting
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand setting while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
Basic operations of dishwashing machines, pot washing and general hygiene duties
