Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg is seeking a registered pharmacist to join the Mercy Health Pharmacy Department. The role delivers clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients and day patients across obstetrics, gynaecology, gynae-oncology, neonatal ICU and special care nursery.

You will perform medication reconciliation, dispensing and patient counseling, participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to audit, education and teaching within a supportive team.
