Job Description
Community College seeks an experienced supervisor to plan, direct and coordinate building service operations, maintenance, engineering and construction for county facilities. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure work meets contract terms and stays on schedule.

Under general supervision, you will oversee technical and skilled staff and ensure capital projects are completed on time and payments to contractors are made in accordance with contracts.
