Our client is an iconic and global furniture/lifestyle company, with continued growth and expansion plans. You will be part of an ambitious and entrepreneurial culture, that is investing in a customer first approach.
Reporting to the CMO, the CRM Manager will be leading the CRM function by developing and executing strategies to drive acquisition, retention and grow the value of their customer base. You will also have 1 direct report and work closely with Digital Performance, Ecommerce and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the CRM strategy, aligned with wider digital and commercial objectives
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud across journeys, automations, campaign execution, segmentation and data management
Develop customer lifecycle programmes across onboarding, retention, reactivation and win-back
Build, test, deploy and optimise email and SMS campaigns
Manage the CRM campaign calendar across multiple markets
Develop targeted and personalised communications using first-party customer data
Drive customer acquisition, database growth, retention and lifetime value through CRM activity
Undertake RFM analysis, segmentation, A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
Monitor and report on CRM performance, including engagement, revenue attribution, churn and database growth
Translate customer and campaign data into actionable commercial insights and recommendations
Maintain database health, data hygiene,
suppression management and privacy compliance
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and manage external CRM partners where required
Lead, coach and develop one direct report
To be successful within this role, you will have:
5+ years' experience within CRM and digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
Demonstrated experience developing and executing customer lifecycle programmes
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue, retention and customer value
The ability to work at pace, adapt quickly and respond to changing commercial priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing or mentoring a direct report
Retail, consumer products or similar B2C experience will be highly regarded
