Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, administrative activities, and workplace coordination. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills who enjoy creating an efficient and professional working environment.

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Manage office administration, supplies, equipment, facilities, and general workplace services.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and internal office activities.
n
Manage office vendors, service providers, building management, and external partners.
n
Monitor office expenses, budgets, invoices, and administrative costs.
n
Maintain accurate records, documents, contracts, and administrative databases.
n
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
n
Assist with recruitment coordination, interviews, employee documentation, and HR-related administrative tasks.
n
Organize company meetings, events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
n
Handle correspondence, communications, and general administrative inquiries.
n
Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
n
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
n
Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
n
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, cost management, and employee experience.
n
Provide administrative and operational support to management and other departments.
n
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
n
Proven experience in office administration, office management, operations, or a related role.
n
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common office management tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Strong vendor management, budgeting, and administrative coordination skills.
