As our respected Playgroup Facilitator at C&KMackayChildren; and Family Centre Hub, you'll facilitate engaging, inclusive playgroup experiences that respond to the unique strengths, needs and cultural backgrounds of each child and family.

What you'll bring
n
If you're committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
n
Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
n
Minimum Certificate III in in Children's Services and or/ disability and/or related discipline (or working toward).
n
Demonstrated experience in working with and facilitating the participation with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander or Australian Sea Islander Families.
n
Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team workplace to achieve positive outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Australian South Sea Islander families.
n
Sound knowledge of local service providers offering playgroup and other early years learning and health support for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Australian South Sea Islander families.
n
Demonstrated experience in building the capacity of families and the community.
