Canterbury BMW is part of Autosports Group, one of Australia's leading automotive retail groups. Located in Sydney's Inner West at ******* Canterbury Road, we represent the full BMW new vehicle range in a modern, state of the art showroom environment.

We are looking for a driven and professional New Car Sales Consultant to join our New Car department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson who wants to work with a prestige brand and be part of a results-focused team.

About the Role
n
As a New Car Sales Consultant you will:
n
n
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
n
Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business
n
Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations and test drives
n
Achieve individual and team sales targets
n




Accurately manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce
n
Work closely with the Finance, Aftersales and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover
n
Maintain a high standard of product knowledge across the current BMW range
n
Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n
Proven experience in new or used car sales (prestige/premium brand experience highly regarded)
n
A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
n
A track record of achieving sales targets
n
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
n
High personal presentation and professionalism
n
Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
n
A positive attitude and the desire to continuously improve
n
