With a diverse, multi-site workforce spanning healthcare and operational environments, this newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a strategic talent acquisition function during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the organisation's talent acquisition strategy across both specialist and corporate populations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines workforce planning, recruitment delivery, employer branding, future talent initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Developing and executing a proactive, pipeline-led talent acquisition strategy.
n
Building workforce plans and recruitment pipelines across multiple regions and disciplines.
n
Leading end-to-end recruitment for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
n
Driving employer brand and EVP initiatives across a range of attraction channels.
n
Establishing and managing graduate, early careers and international talent programs.
n
Providing recruitment insights, reporting and market intelligence to senior leaders.
n
Coaching hiring managers and improving recruitment capability across the business.
n




Managing agency relationships, recruitment spend and governance activities.
n

About You
n
We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional who enjoys building strategies, influencing stakeholders and creating scalable recruitment solutions.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Significant experience leading talent acquisition within a complex, multi-site organisation.
n
A proven track record recruiting specialist, technical, clinical or otherwise hard-to-fill roles.
n
Experience building talent pipelines, workforce plans and employer branding initiatives.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
n
Recruitment systems, reporting and analytics experience.
n
Exposure to graduate, early careers or international recruitment programs.
n
A commercial, data-led approach and a genuine passion for candidate experience.
