Job Description
VIVA Mutual in Welland, SA, is seeking an NDIS Service Coach to lead Self-Managed Teams and support clients to live their chosen life.

In this permanent full time role, you will guide frontline workers, manage service intake and reviews, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and drive a positive culture through PQFactor and regular reporting. You'll bring NDIS sector experience, leadership or coaching skills, excellent communication, and a valid driver's licence.
