The Rococo Group, a premier Italian restaurant company with four Melbourne venues, is seeking a dynamic Relief Manager to support the Operations team across St Kilda, Hawthorn, Point Cook, and Mordialloc. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and coordinating day-to-day operations.
