Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Collingwood.
n
You'll pick up warm leads handed off from the Kapio platform, where clients have already explored their options and are ready to talk to a person. From there, you own the process end to end: understanding the client's business and matching them with the right lender through to settlement.
n
This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, manage your own pipeline and close deals.

What you'll be doing
n

Managing warm leads from the Kapio platform, from first conversation through to settlement
n
Understanding each client's business and funding needs
n
Reviewing financial information and packaging lending applications
n
Matching clients with the most suitable lender and product, using Kapio's AI-driven insights
n
Liaising with lenders to negotiate and progress applications if required
n
Managing your own pipeline and following up opportunities
n
Building long-term relationships with clients
n
Working towards sales and settlement targets
n

What we're looking for

Strong sales ability with confidence speaking to business owners

Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret financial information
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

Highly regarded

Experience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or business broking
n
Experience packaging and submitting business loan applications
n
Experience working with Australian small businesses
n
Comfortable working with tech-driven, data-led platforms
n
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
n
