Respect is seeking a commercially minded Workforce Planning & Scheduling General Manager to lead our national Home Care division.
Reporting to the Head of Home Care, you will oversee forecasting, rostering and analytics to drive capacity, efficiency and continuity of care across regions.
You will lead a national team of Scheduling Coordinators and Home Care Assistants, develop short- and long-term forecasts, optimise rosters and monitor performance against KPIs, with a focus on data-driven
