Bupa Banora Point in Banora Point, NSW is seeking a Care Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of person-centred care for residents, manage clinical governance and ensure high standards of assessment, planning and evaluation.
You will support the General Manager, coach the clinical team, and liaise with families and external practitioners to deliver exceptional aged care.
A Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration is essential, plus post-graduate aged care qualification is
