Job Description
Commonwealth Bank in Melbourne's Hawthorn Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to engage with customers, discuss banking needs, and support account maintenance and credit product applications. You will perform financial health checks and educate customers about in-branch digital options.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service in a busy retail banking workplace, with a roster of 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 11am–4pm.
