About you:

Currently completing or have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate
n
Genuine interest in building a career in Property Management
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Organised, proactive and eager to learn

Professional and positive attitude
n
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with routine inspections and ingoing/outgoing reports
n
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
n
Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups
n
Preparing leases, renewals, and general documentation
