Job Description
Bared Footwear in Melbourne is seeking an HR Advisor to manage day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead onboarding, offboarding, HRIS accuracy, and safety compliance.

You'll help build a supportive culture and collaborate with Recruitment Lead. The role suits a curious, proactive generalist with 2–3 years' experience in retail or quick-paced environments and a solid understanding of Australian employment laws.
