Novo Education Space in Wollongong seeks an Assistant Head of Campus to partner with the Head of Campus to lead teaching and learning across Years 9–12. You will be the senior teacher on campus, ensuring NovoWay pedagogy and personalised learning meet each student's needs.
You'll identify complex student needs, manage a Tiered Model of Support, mentor staff, and take a lead role in student recruitment and engagement toward enrolment targets.
