We're looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator / Room Leader who loves working with children under three and is ready to lead a room, build meaningful relationships and grow their career in early childhood education.

About the role
n
As our Lead Educator, you'll take ownership of your room and play an important role in creating a warm, engaging and inspiring setting for children.
n
You will:
n
n
Lead your room with confidence, creating a positive and collaborative team culture.
n
Plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences inspired by our Reggio Emilia approach.
n
Support children under three to develop confidence, independence, curiosity and a love of learning.
n
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and your fellow educators.
n
Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage exploration and discovery.
n
Observe,



document and reflect on children's learning and development.
n
Support your team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
n
Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain a high standard of practice.
n
Champion child safety, wellbeing and inclusion in everything you do.
n

What we're looking for
n
We'd love to hear from passionate Early Childhood Educators, Diploma Educators, Room Leaders and Lead Educators who are ready to take the next step in their career.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
An ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Experience working with children under three / toddlers.
n
Previous experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader or senior educator is highly regarded.
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's learning and development.
n
Confidence leading a room and working collaboratively with a team.
n
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and commitment to high-quality practice.
n
An interest in, or understanding of, Reggio Emilia-inspired learning.
n
A strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
n
A current Working with Children Check.
n
Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training completion.
