We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead the growth of our sales operations and expand our client base in the commercial cleaning and facility services sector. Candidates with prior experience in the cleaning industry will be given priority consideration for this role.

This is an on-site position - it is not available as remote or hybrid.

What You'll Do
n
Identify and secure new cleaning contracts to drive business growth
n
Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed company targets
n
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
n
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
n
Conduct market research to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
n
Partner with management on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
n
Leverage your industry contacts and market knowledge to generate new business leads
n




Travel to client sites and prospective accounts as needed

What You Bring
n
Proven sales experience is essential - candidates with a background in commercial cleaning, facility services, or related B2B services are strongly preferred and will have a distinct advantage in the selection process
n
Solid understanding of commercial cleaning operations, service offerings, and the contract/tendering process
n
An existing network within the cleaning or facilities management industry is highly regarded
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
n
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
n
A self-starter who's goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
n
Strong organizational skills - able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
n
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
n
A valid driver's license is recommended given travel requirements
