We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as a Dual Site StoreManager at ourSorrento Kikki. K and Seed Heritage Concept Stores.

You will play a pivotal role to lead the team on the exciting journey ahead. Demonstrating your creative thinking, your business acumen and your passion for our new product range and enlivening your team - you will guide the store to success. Welcome customers into the brand-new era of kikki. K, inviting them to explore our new product offering of fashionable, functional lifestyle essentials to ensure they're equipped to navigate their life in style.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Drive a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
n
Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance
n




Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged
n
Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture.
n
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
n
This standard roster is 35 hours a week but will become full time during peak trade Dec through to Jan
n

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
n
n
Excitement for the new product offering, you'll be selling, it so you need to like it!
n
Experience in a multi-site retail management role, supervising teams in fast-paced retail setting.
n
An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
n
An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
n
Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
n
