About the role
n Seeking an experiencedChange Analystto support the implementation, adoption and embedding of ongoing digital and technology changes for a utility client. This role will work closely with Change & Learning, project delivery teams and business stakeholders to identify impacts early, build business readiness, and help ensure changes are successfully adopted and sustained post go-live. This role suits someone who can translate technical change into clear business impact, coordinate communications and deployment activity, and support a consistent, repeatable change approach in a fast-moving delivery environment.

Required skills

Proven experience in aChange Analyst / change management / business readiness role on technology or digital transformation initiatives
n
Experience supporting data, reporting or analytics
transformations(e.g.,




Power BI and/or contemporary data platforms)
n
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impact assessments, deployment support and readiness activities
n
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement: influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations to drive adoption
n
Ability to translate complexity into clear, practical business actions (including root cause analysis and problem scoping)
n
Experience creating visual change artefacts (e.g., change heatmaps, impact models)
n
High-level written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
n
Agile delivery experience highly regarded
