Deliver business analysis across a major government ICT system renewal, supporting requirements, system upgrades, change requests and continuous improvement. This role requires full time onsite attendance in Canberra.

Essential Tasks
n
n
Conduct research, interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements and translate them into suitable artefacts.
n
Analyse, model and organise information to reconcile conflicts and distinguish business needs from solution ideas.
n
Support business change management and project delivery against schedule, business and budget objectives.
n
Assist other analysts with planning and analysis while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
n

Key Criteria
n
n




Experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements elicitation, analysis and modelling capability.
n
Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops and produce clear business requirements artefacts.
n
Experience supporting system upgrades, change requests, defect fixes and business change activities.
n
Ability to support project delivery and provide leadership assistance to other analysts.
n
