About the role
n
The Senior Service Delivery Analyst provides advanced technical support and site ownership, ensuring stable and reliable ICT environments across assigned facilities.
n
This role is responsible for resolving complex incidents, supporting frontline staff, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ICT services support safe and effective care delivery.
n
Your main duties will include:
n

Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment
n
Minimise disruption to clinical and operational services
n
Handle complex and high-impact calls
n
Contribute to service improvement initiatives
n
Build strong relationships with site staff
n
Provide guidance and support for others within Service Delivery
n
Participate in on-call roster and provide support for critical incidents
n
Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary's
n

Will involve after hours support from time to time

About you
n
n
Demonstrated experience in ICT support within complex environments
n
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
n
Ability to manage escalated incidents
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
n
n
