Job Description
We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join the Associate Advanced Practice Medical Flow team at Nambour General Hospital.

As the Associate Clinical Nurse Consultant (ACNC) - Patient Flow, you will play a pivotal leadership role in coordinating and optimising patient access and flow across the facility. This role requires advanced clinical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic decision-making to ensure safe, productive, and patient-centred care throughout the hospital and broader health service.

Key Responsibilities include:

Coordinate day-to-day patient flow across the facility to support safe, timely, and effective patient.
n
Utilise digital clinical systems including ieMR, Kyra Flow, and TrendCare to monitor patient status, support discharge planning, and optimise patient movement.
n
Support hospital crisis, escalation, and surge management strategies to meet community demand and maintain patient flow.
n
Remuneration value up to $****** p.a, comprising salary rates $***** - $***** p.h., employer contribution to superannuation ******%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG6(2)) (part time, 36hrs p.f.).
