Up to $40 per hour | Casual | 3 days per week

Royston Medical Centre, part of Dyvest Health Care, is looking for a friendly and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a casual basis.
n
We are seeking someone to work 3 days per week, with flexibility to negotiate which days suit you best. Only one nurse is required on-site at any time, making this a great opportunity for an RN looking for a consistent part‐time schedule in a supportive general practice environment.

About the Role
n
As the Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical support to our GPs and patients, including:
n
n
Patient triage and clinical assessment
n
Chronic disease management and health assessments
n
Immunisations and vaccinations
n
Wound care
n
Medication administration
n
Preventative health and patient education
n
Clinical documentation and use of electronic medical records
n
Infection prevention and control
n
Supporting GPs with day‐to‐day clinical requirements
n
Providing compassionate, person-centred care to patients
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an RN who is:
n
n
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse and eligible to practise in NSW
n
Experienced in general practice, primary care or community health
n
Confident with triage, clinical assessment and chronic disease management
n
Competent in vaccinations, wound care and medication administration
n
A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with patients and colleagues
n
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the wider clinical team
n
Well organised, reliable and able to prioritise effectively
n
Committed to patient privacy, confidentiality and high-quality clinical care
n
Respectful of cultural diversity and committed to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice
n
n
Postgraduate qualifications or additional training in immunisation, wound management, chronic disease management or other relevant areas will be highly regarded.
