Job Description
Cronulla, NSW-based Core Talent is seeking a Bid Manager to own the end-to-end tender process for commercial fit-out projects. You will coordinate across estimating, operations and delivery teams to develop compelling submissions that reflect capability and value.

This role requires 4+ years in bid management within construction, a solid grasp of GC21 contracts, exceptional writing, and the ability to manage multiple bids to tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
