We are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Site Manager to lead a landmark $10M new build in Berrima.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Full site management of a $10M new residential build in Berrima, from early works through to handover
n
Coordinating and directing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet program and quality benchmarks
n
Driving site safety, compliance, and WHS standards
n
Managing programs, sequencing, and site logistics in a semi-rural/regional setting
n
Maintaining the exacting quality control expected on high-end residential projects
n
Liaising directly with the client, architect, designers, and consultants on site
n
Reporting progress,



budgets, and variations back to the project/build team
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential homes
n
A track record on projects over $7M in value, this is non-negotiable for this build
n
Strong understanding of premium finishes, bespoke detailing, and the standards expected on architecturally designed homes
n
Confidence managing subcontractors and trades directly on site
n
Relevant trade or construction management background
n
Current White Card, and a driver's licence (own vehicle preferred given the Southern Highlands location)
n
Availability to start within approximately 6 weeks
n
