We are looking for Property Manager to manage a portfolio who is looking for a long‐term career, not just another role with the option to grow and develop. We manage properties across Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan City Councils.

The Role
n
n
End‐to‐end management of a residential portfolio
n
Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants and trades
n
Clear communication and strong attention to detail
n
Maintain detailed file notes and compliance
n
Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience as a Property Manager
n
At lease 1 year of residential experience
n
Current QLD Driver's Licence
n
Current Property Manager Registration (Queensland)
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Honest, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude
n
Pride in your work and a want to help attitude
n
PropertyME knowledge an advantage (but not essential)
