Job Description
Savills is seeking a Team Administrator to join our Parramatta office on a full-time maternity leave contract. As a key member of the Industrial & Logistics team, you will play an integral role in supporting division Directors and Sales Agents, helping to drive operational efficiency and ensure the smooth running of the team.

What You'll be Doing
n
n
Providing high-level administrative and PA support to the Industrial & Logistics Division.
n
Managing diaries, coordinating appointments, and monitoring email correspondence.
n
Maintaining internal databases and tracking enquiry activity and reporting.
n
Preparing reports, submissions, presentations, and marketing collateral.
n
Creating HTML e-brochures, coordinating direct mail campaigns, and responding to client enquiries.
n
Processing monthly invoicing and marketing expenses, with an understanding of basic trust account procedures.
n
Supporting the Director with day-to-day priorities and administrative requirements.
n
Assisting the broader administration team and undertaking ad hoc projects as required.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a similar administration or PA role, ideally within the real estate industry.
n
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
n
A strong understanding of administrative processes and a commitment to operational excellence.
n
A proactive mindset, with the initiative to anticipate needs and quickly learn new systems and processes.
n
InDesign skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing materials highly regarded.
n
Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
n
Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
n
Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
n
The resilience and adaptability to perform effectively in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment.
