Job Description
We are working with a well established, family run residential builder who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential estimating who is looking to take on a broader role across both sales and production estimating.

The Role

Preparing sales estimates and costings
n
Reviewing plans, specifications and client requirements
n
Preparing quotes, variations and tender documentation
n
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
n
Supporting the sales team with pricing and product queries
n
Updating and maintaining pricing information
n
Working closely with internal teams throughout the pre-construction process
n
Salary up to $120K + Super (depending on experience)

About You
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in residential estimating
n
Experience within project or volume home building would be highly regarded
n
Able to read and interpret residential plans and specifications
n
Solid attention to detail and numerical skills
n
Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
n
Good communication skills and able to work closely with Sales, Estimating and Construction teams
n
n
This role requires experience in estimating with a residential builder in Australia. Additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
