Job Description
Halcyon Knights in Melbourne is seeking a Senior BD Manager to own sourcing and relationship-building across a portfolio of B2B software targets throughout ANZ, with a long sales cycle and a warm book of 700+ leads on day one.

You will engage founders and C‐level stakeholders, drive multi-year deals, and operate in a hybrid Melbourne setting (2 days in the office). The role offers a $260k OTE, uncapped, plus equity after 12 months for robust performers.
