Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
DevOps Lead
to lead and support DevOps automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‐on experience with
Ansible, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and drive automation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of
DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
.
Develop and manage automation solutions using
Ansible
.
Design, configure, and optimize
Jenkins
pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using
Azure Pipelines and Azure DevOps
.
Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using
Git
.
Implement and manage containerized applications using
Docker
.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications and workloads on
Kubernetes
environments.
Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, automation, scalability, and system reliability.




Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, containerization, and infrastructure-related issues.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to DevOps team members.
Follow security, compliance, and organizational standards, particularly in environments requiring security clearance.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Ansible
Jenkins
Git
Docker
Robust understanding of
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience leading DevOps initiatives and working in enterprise environments
Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud-native application architectures
Experience with automation and infrastructure deployment
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in containerized environments
Candidate Profile
Strong hands‐on experience in
DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies
.
Proven experience working with
Docker and Kubernetes
in production environments.
Strong scripting and automation mindset.
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a
technical leadership / DevOps Lead
capacity.
Comfortable working
5 days from office
.
Active security clearance is mandatory.
Candidates who can join
immediately or within 1 week
will be preferred.
