Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a Property Essential Services and Contracts Manager to coordinate maintenance, asset upgrades, audits, and compliance across our aged care assets. You'll work with the Property Service Managers to support home-based staff in asset maintenance and contract management.

You will plan budgets, schedule routine maintenance, monitor service quality, and manage critical incident responses, including insurance-related works while maintaining robust external stakeholder
