Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Midwife for a long-term agency placement within the Women's Health Unit at Mackay.

This is an excellent opportunity for a midwife with solid women's health, labour ward and birth suite experience to join a busy Hospital.

Position: Registered Midwife

Grade: Grade 5
n
Location: Mackay
n
Unit: Women's Health Unit
n
Placement: 1 position available
n
Contract: 14 September ********* January ****
n
Roster: As per roster
n
Shifts: Rotating 8 and 12-hour shifts
n
n
Essential Experience
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in women's health nursing/midwifery
n
Labour Ward and Birth Suite experience – essential
n
Current Registered Midwife registration with AHPRA
n
Ability to work rotating shifts as required
n
n
Desirable Experience




n
n
Knowledge and proficiency using ieMR
n
Previous experience working within Australian healthcare
n
Previous Queensland Health experience
n
Previous experience within Mackay HHS
n
