The Legal Practice Board of Western Australia is seeking a permanent, full time Customer Service Officer (Level 3) based in Perth (Level 6, 111 St Georges Terrace). This role provides the first point of contact for the public and legal profession for enquiries via telephone, email, in person or in writing, delivering high-quality service and promoting consumer confidence in WA's legal profession.
