Job Description
CBRE is the Facilities Manager for a premium Charter Hall commercial office building in Melbourne CBD. You will own day-to-day FM operations, including maintenance, compliance and occupier experience, as part of a wider precinct team responsible for three premium buildings.

You will be the primary operational contact for tenants and contractors, delivering secure, efficient services while leveraging the expertise of a broader portfolio environment. This is a 12-month contract with immediate start.
