What We're Looking For:
n
We're after someone who takes ownership, builds solid site culture, and delivers quality projects safely, on time and within budget.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery
n
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment and materials
n
Ensure works are delivered in line with the construction program and safety requirements
n
Maintain high standards of site presentation, compliance, and WHS procedures
n




Liaise with project managers, consultants and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow
n
Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and documentation accurately
n
Foster productive relationships with all stakeholders through clear communication and a professional attitude
n
What You'll Need:
n
Carpentry or trade background (preferred but not essential)
n
Strong understanding of construction programs and ability to meet project milestones
n
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
n
High level of organisation, initiative and attention to detail
n
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to also work independently
n
