Job Description
Contec Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design management across major residential towers in Brisbane. This role bridges builder-side knowledge into early development stages, from concept to pre-DA and into tender packaging.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, protect design intent, and drive buildability, cost control, programme alignment and procurement strategy through the design lifecycle.
