n What you'll be doing?

Provide outstanding customer experience: Ensure a seamless new home journey for our customers from start to finish.
n
Supervise construction projects: Manage multiple new home builds with a focus on customer service, quality, safety, and agreed timelines.
n
Coordinate schedules: Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth build process.
n
Build partnerships: Develop respectful and cooperative relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members.
n
Ensure quality and safety: Collaborate with our HSE team to uphold high standards of workplace health and safety.
n
Quality control:



Conduct quality control and QA reporting before job handover.

Who are they looking for?
n
n
Supervisory experience: Minimum 5 years of building supervision experience in the residential custom build construction industry.
n
Strong residential knowledge: A deep understanding of residential building practices and best practices.
n
Excellent communication: Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and communicate with customers, trades, and team members.
n
Strong organizational skills: Ability to remain calm and professional, even under pressure.
n
Great reputation: Candidates with a valuable reputation and a strong desire to build market-leading homes for valued customers.

Highly approachable: Candidates who are approachable and organized, and who know when to consult with others.
