CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to manage a rural property portfolio across regional NSW, supporting the Inland Rail project. This autonomous role travels regionally and requires coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor management to maximise asset performance.
You will build solid relationships with tenants, clients and contractors, conduct inspections, and support acquisitions and onboarding activities throughout the project lifecycle.
