What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre store in Adelaide, SA, leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you'll work hands‐on with a close‐knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market‐leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.

Demonstrated experience leading and managing retail teams

Proven ability to drive store performance through coaching, engagement and empowerment

Experience managing store budgets, KPIs and inventory levels

Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
